What is the delivery time?

Please note that our straps are completely handmade in a time consuming process. Each strap is made to order, so there is a lead time of 10 business days, while shipping time depends on the specific circumstances. Usual shipping time with International Airmail service, for orders within Europe, is 5-10 working days. Shipping time to North and South America, Australia, and Asia is usually 10-15 working days, but in certain circumstances it might be longer. Shipping time with DHL Express Service for orders withing Europe is 1-2 working days, and 2-3 working days for rest of the world (available as an upgrade at the checkout).

What is the delivery cost?

Registered Airmail Service costs 7 EUR. We offer free Registered Airmail shipping for orders of two or more items. DHL Express Service starts from 20 EUR and gets reduced with the order value. For orders over 200 EUR we offer free DHL Express Service. Taxes (VAT) are included in the price, if applicable. All EU orders are shipped within the EU.

How can I track my shipment?

Our shipments have a tracking number. Please note that tracking information depends on your country's postal service and won't always be up to date. Rest assured that this is completely normal and it doesn't affect the delivery time.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide without any limitations. There can be differences in delivery options, depending on your country.
