Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, we require that your item is: unused and in the same condition that you received it, AND defective (the product has an issue or it has been damaged during transportation).
Please note that all of our products are handmade to order in a time-consuming process, and that all sales are final, except for items damaged in transit or if a mistake occurred on our side.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
